ಕೇಂದ್ರ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಜುಲೈ 1ರಿಂದ ಮೂರು ಹೊಸ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳನ್ನು ಜಾರಿಗೆ ತಂದಿದೆ. ಈ ಕ್ರಿಮಿನಲ್ ಅಪರಾಧ ಕಾನೂನುಗಳು ದೇಶದಾದ್ಯಂತ ಜಾರಿಯಾದ ಮೊದಲ ದಿನವೇ ರಾಜ್ಯ ಕಾಂಗ್ರೆಸ್ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ತೀವ್ರ ವಿರೋಧ ವ್ಯಕ್ತಪಡಿಸಿದೆ. ಈ ನೂತನ ಕಾನೂನಿನಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಹಲವಾರು ಅಂಶಗಳು ಜನವಿರೋಧಿಯಾಗಿವೆ ಎಂದು ರಾಜ್ಯ ಸರ್ಕಾರ ಹೇಳುತ್ತಿದೆ.
